Maine Camp Pathways provides support for summer camps in Maine to increase the accessibility, reach, and impact of their camp programs. We assist with communication, camp preparation, logistics, and community-building to build on the scholarship programs already in place in camps. We work with families and community groups to identify prospective campers and connect them to the scholarships available. Maine Camp Pathways recognizes that a successful summer camp experience is built through relationships and strong preparation for camp and we work to set each camper family up for success.
Mission
Our mission is to make summer camp experiences in Maine accessible and impactful for all youth by providing financial support, resources, and program enhancements that foster personal growth, connection to nature, and lifelong memories.

Our vision is a strong network of Maine summer camps and community organizations where all youth can access transformative experiences that nurture confidence, creativity, and connection to the outdoors.
Katie Brown
Founder
Katie is a Registered Maine Guide with 30 years experience in Maine Summer Camps. She has worked as a unit director, tripleader, and leadership training director. She recently wrapped up a career as a science teacher to focus on supporting camps to make their programs more accessible and impactful. She has 2 grown children who have had the incredible experience of growing up at summer camp in Maine.
